夏限定｜DONOMA 陶芸ワークショップ
京都の暑い夏を、土に残してみませんか。
暑さも、笑い声も、手についた土の感触も。
今年の夏は、季節の記憶をかたちにする陶芸体験をご用意しました。
毎日の暮らしで使えるものや、思わず笑顔になる小さな作品を、ご家族でゆっくり制作します。
通常は作品のお渡しまで約3か月ほどいただいていますが、夏のワークショップ限定で約1か月後に完成・発送いたします。
夏休みの思い出に、ぜひご参加ください。

アイスティーのマドラーに。
アイスクリーム用のスプーンに。
茶匙やレンゲとしても使える、小さなスプーンを制作します。
毎日何気なく使う道具も、自分で作ると少し特別な存在になります。
ひとつひとつ異なる手の跡が残る、自分だけの一本をつくりましょう。

B｜家族で揃えたい、そば猪口
夏といえば、冷たい蕎麦やそうめん。
そば猪口としてはもちろん、湯のみや小さなカップとして一年中活躍する器です。
色や模様を工夫して、家族それぞれのお気に入りをつくってみませんか。

C｜あっ！ギョウザウルス発見！
恐竜なのか、器なのか。粘土で皮を作り、餃子の形にしてから恐竜をつくっていきます。
中は空洞なので餃子のタレを入れても、おもちゃとして遊んでも、植木のそばに置いても。
子どもは自由な発想で、大人は思わず笑ってしまう使い方で。
眺めるたびに少し楽しくなる、小さな相棒をつくります。

D｜土っぽさ溢れる焼き締めの植木鉢
自然の山土を配合した特別な粘土を使い、焼き締めの植木鉢を制作します。
ぽってりとした質感や土の表情を活かしながら、植物が心地よく育つ器をつくります。
保水力ちょうど良く、じんわりと乾いていくので観葉植物や多肉植物などにぴったし！
手びねりならではの自由な造形で、置き型でも吊り鉢でも。
世界にひとつだけの植木鉢をどうぞ。

Summer 2026 | DONOMA Pottery Workshops
Leave a piece of Kyoto's summer in clay.
The heat, the laughter, the feeling of clay on your hands—this summer, turn those memories into something you can keep.
Join us for a seasonal pottery experience where families can create beautiful everyday objects and playful pieces together.
Normally, finished works are ready in about three months, but for our Summer Workshops, your pieces will be fired and shipped in approximately one month.
Create a lasting memory of your summer in Kyoto.

A | A Spoon for Your Hands
Create your own handcrafted spoon, perfect as a tea spoon, an iced tea stirrer, an ice cream spoon, or even a small soup spoon.
Objects we use every day often go unnoticed, but making one yourself transforms it into something personal and meaningful.
Each spoon carries the unique marks of its maker—no two are ever the same.

B | Your Family's Soba Cup Collection
Summer in Japan means chilled soba and somen noodles.
Craft your own sobachoko, a traditional cup used for dipping noodles that also makes a wonderful teacup or everyday drinking cup throughout the year.
Decorate each one with your own colors and patterns and create a matching set for the whole family.

C | Look ! it's a Gyozaurus!
Is it a dinosaur? Is it a gyoza dumpling?
First, you'll shape a dumpling from clay, then transform it into your very own dinosaur.
Use it as a soy sauce dish, a toy, a tiny planter companion, or simply as a delightful sculpture.
Children will let their imaginations run wild, while adults often discover their own playful side.
Create a little companion that's sure to make you smile every time you see it.

D | Rustic Un-glazed Planter
Using a special clay blended with natural mountain soil, you'll create a rustic planter full of rich texture and character.
The clay's earthy surface and gentle form make it ideal for growing plants beautifully.
Hand-building allows complete creative freedom—make a tabletop planter, a hanging pot, or something entirely your own.
Leave with a one-of-a-kind home for your favorite plant.
